KEMA Laboratories to change ownership from DNV GL to CESI

KEMA เปลี่ยนสิทธิการครอบครองสู่ CESI !! 

ARHNEM, The Netherlands, MILAN, Italy, 8 October 2019 -- 

DNV GL, the world’s largest resource of independent power and renewables experts and CESI, world leader in testing, inspections and technical consulting services in the energy sector, have signed an agreement to transfer the ownership of KEMA Laboratories to CESI. The transfer comprises KEMA and all the high-voltage and high-power testing and inspection activities performed by its personnel in its own laboratories in Arnhem (NL), Prague (CZ) and Chalfont (USA).  The completion of the transaction is expected to take place at the end of 2019, subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.

ได้มีการทำสัญญาระหว่าง DNV GL*  และ CESI**  ได้เซ็นสัญญาในการโอนย้ายสิทธิการเป็นเจ้าของ KEMA*** Laboratories ให้กับ CESI ซึ่งประกอบด้วย การทดสอบ, การตรวจสอบ แรงสูง (high-voltage and high-power testing and inspection) ซึ่งเดิมในบริการอยู่ ณ เมือง Arnhem (NL), Prague (CZ) and Chalfont (USA) โดยการดำเนินต่างๆการคาดว่าจะสมบูรณ์ในช่วงปลายปี 2019
